I bought these as my second pair on reccomendation from an Australian friend.. I honestly didn't know other ugg boot labels were genuine. I was happy with the price and the quality was fine, I compared them with my older uggs, the stitching and suede is pretty much the same if not better.

I love these boots. We ski in Utah a lot in the winter and while these are not great for the snow, they are great to run around in, inside and out. They are so comfy and warm and you don't need socks. You stay warm and dry. I ordered a size down as they ran big. You won't regret these boots!

First, I want to say uggur customer service was totally amazing! I ordered my first pair of Uggs from uggur and I didn't know they ran big, so I had to exchange them for size & uggur exchanged them & sent them to me even before the old ones were returned. They were very helpful & easy to deal with. As for the Uggs, I love them. I haven't worn them yet as they are for fall/winter, but they are beautiful! I can't wait to wear them! I will order from uggur again!
